Ms. O’Shea received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas in 2003. 
She completed her Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2007. 
Ms. O’Shea was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2007 and the Kansas Bar in 2008.
