Professional Bio
Mr. Fogarty received a B.S.B.A. with a double major in Finance/Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2002.  He completed his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with an emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurial Law in 2005.  After completing law school,
Mr. Fogarty served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edith Messina in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri, Kansas City.  After his clerkship, Mr. Fogarty worked for a national firm representing servicers of securitized loans in the specialized area of loan defeasance. Mr. Fogarty's current practice is dedicated to all aspects of insurance defense with an emphasis on insurance defense litigation.  Mr. Fogarty was admitted to
the Missouri Bar in 2005 and admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2006.
