Professional Bio
Mr. Fogarty received a B.S.B.A. with a double major in Finance/Banking and Real Estate from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 2002.  He completed his Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law with an emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurial Law in 2005.  Mr. Fogarty was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2005 and admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2006.
