Professional Bio
With degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management experience, Mr. Montieth has a particular insite and understanding of construction and an advantage when it comes to construction litigation.

Mr. Montieth received a Bachelor of  Science degree in Civil Engineering at the Iowa State University in
1969. He earned a Master of Science degree in Construction Management in 1972, and completed his Juris
Doctorate degree at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas in 1983. He was admitted to the
Missouri Bar in 1983 and admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1984.
